I have been representing men in divorce and family court matters since 2003.
My representation is to engage in civility when there is obviously no incentive to do so in a divorce or a family court matter. Civility and the willingness to be reasonable saves you money. Some client's are more concerned with the principal of it. You will lose your mind and spend a small fortune for mediocre results, at best.
Why hire me? Because I will tell you the hard cold truth after a careful assessment of your matter and continue to do so during the course of my representation. I have a reputation for a reason.
The process is so crazy. If you do not hire an attorney that truly understands the process or the emotional manipulation women engage in to play this game, you will not be successful and feel as if everyone is against you even your own children and your dog.
If you see advertisements from attorneys making claims that they are Father's Rights Attorneys BEWARE. This is an advertising gimmick many attorneys use in order to attract clients. Ask the attorney the percentage of male to female clients they represent and even narrow it down to last week. There is one thing I have learned that there are only a few true Father's Rights Attorneys throughout the United States.
Remember when looking for a Father's Rights Attorney make sure to ask around, research the attorneys social media accounts both personally and publicly, and make sure they provide you with a game plan for your issue. I hear complaints that attorneys do not have a plan, don't provide guidance nor are available when issues are happening such as police or child protective contact, nor do they provide you with copies of paperwork other than your legal bill, and the general feeling that you were not prepared for your case.
